What about Nessarose?

Elphaba missed her sister, and she knew how horribly she was doing by herself. When she retrurned to Nessa, she found out their father died, and Nessa took over his job as governess. Elphaba used her powers for the good, and casted a spell that made Nessa walk again. Giving her Ruby Slippers ( just like the Wizard of Oz), Nessa could walk for the first time. Nessa tells Elphaba that their old friend Boq is now her servant. Nessa has always been in love with Boq, but he was in love with G'linda. Because Boq had no real love for Nessa, she casted a spell on him to shrink his heart, turning him into the Tin Man.
