dragging through this book...

So the book : Gotta love it...but it's a tad on the boring side. With all the challenging names and the lifestyles, its also confusing. Elphaba is green, because her mother was raped by an elf. Her father has no idea what happen, and is blaming her green pigment on something unknown. When their second child, Nessarose was born, their father wanted to be causous that the baby wouldnt be born green. In order to do this, Elphaba's mother died during labor and Nessarose was paralized from the waist down. During all of Elphabas childhood, her parents would try to kill her because she was green and ugly. Whether it being drowning or poinsoning,Elphaba would always get out of it.

I SAW WICKED...again!

Bloggers. yesterday I saw Wicked on Broadway. Brought me to tears, and was  life changing.Although the is also amazing, the show beats it by a landslide. The Cast and crew did an amazing job at a perfect show. The video that I posted on this blogg is with the original cast members, Idina Menzel and Kristen Chenoweth.

Why is Elphaba Green??

Ok, So you all should know that I am reading the Novel Wicked, by Gregory Maguire. The book is from the Broadway show, which is about the Wicked Witch of the West ( from The Wizard of Oz) I love the show, and this is what inspired me to read the book. At the very beginning, you learn that Elphba, who has a condition of being green because her mother had an affair ( and concieved) with an elf.
